ONG Betselem denuncia més demolicions israelians a Cisjordània


 

L’ONG israeliana Betselem ha denunciat avui que Israel ha destruït diverses estructures palestines a la Cisjordània ocupada deixant a 19 persones sense llar, inluidos 10 menors, en el que van denominar com a continuació d ‘”una onada de demolicions”.

 

“És la tercera vegada en aquesta setmana que les autoritats han demolit cases i estructures que són font d’ingressos a l’Àrea C (a Cisjordània, zona sota control administratiu i militar israelià). L’onada d’enderrocs ha deixat desenes de persones sense llar amb la calor extrema d’agost “, va declarar l’organització de defensa dels drets humans en un comunicat.

 

A la nota precisar que l’Administració Civil israeliana, l’organisme militar que gestiona l’ocupació, va fer caure els habitatges de tres famílies i altres estructures en dues localitats de la Vall del Jordà.

 

“Aquestes demolicions succeeixen en el context dels esforços de l’Administració civil i militar israeliana de fer fora les comunitats palestines de l’Àrea C. Aquests plans d’expulsió són contraris a les disposicions del dret internacional humanitari que prohibeix el desplaçament forçós de persones protegides a menys que sigui per la seva pròpia protecció o necessitat militar imperativa “, ha criticat.

 

Encara sota aquests supòsits, ha assenyalat, el moviment de persones “ha de ser temporal”, i ha subratllat que Israel “té l’obligació de treballar pel benefici i benestar dels residents dels territoris ocupats”, principi “violat” pels plans d’expulsió .
